Vector sees uplift in Permanent Recruitment

“As we step into the second quarter of business for the year, we feel the Permanent market is picking up following the successful completion of a number of recruitment projects for high profile clients. We hope that the further uplift in the market will help us to continue to bring on more high profile companies to work alongside. I have also just welcomed a new member to the Permanent team; Simone Giddings is my new Personal Assistant. Simone has over 3 years recruitment experience which should prove invaluable as we hope to expand the team further in the future.

As a company, we at Vector are aiming to increase our profile within the recruitment market by going that ‘extra mile’ for our clients. For example I am traveling off site next week to perform preliminary interviews with a number of candidates for one of my clients. I hope that this will prove to future prospects that we are willing to be as pro-active as possible with a view to cutting down the time that they spend recruiting and producing a much higher calibre of interviewee. With this in mind, I would hope to introduce this as part of our on-going unique service.”
