Permanent Market Picking Up

Vector Resourcing’s permanent division has now been up and running for its first full year. Although I joined the team in its last quarter, there are signs that the market is picking up by the number of Job requirements and permanent placements being filled. Working alongside the Contracts Consultants at Vector we are able to obtain first hand permanent roles from Clients. Some of which we have sole agency for.

Permanent vacancies have risen to their highest levels for 28 months, according to the latest Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC) and KPMG Report on Jobs.
