Looking positively towards 2011
Posted by Lara Monahan on Thursday 23 December 2010"In 2010 we have seen great cuts in the public sector, with a two year pay freeze brought into force and many redundancies across the country.
Some HR ‘gurus’ have even predicted hundreds of thousands of public sector job losses by as early as 2012. However, the private sector has remained strong and the government believes that private sector growth will be enough to compensate for the half a million job losses in the public sector planned over a four-year period.
As an established and respected recruitment agency, we are optimistic for growth in 2011 and are setting our sights high to ride through this period of national uncertainty.
We look forward to working with both continuing and new clients and contractors over the next year, and I’d like to wish you a very Happy Christmas on behalf of everyone at Vector."
