Post Interview
Please make sure you take Vector’s telephone number with you. It’s very important that you call us straight after the interview has taken place as we need your feedback before we speak to the client. This is also an opportunity to raise any further questions you may have.
Once you have accepted the position we will ask you to agree your contract online via our bespoke system Vector Live, committing to the project or role for the dates agreed. Ensure you have read and understood the terms and conditions and uploaded your photographic ID (passport or driving licence with expiry date) as well as filling in your personal details. You will be unable to upload or submit Timesheets until you have registered correctly, supplying all information required.
Vector Live is designed to deliver a comprehensive online service to clients and contractors including electronic timesheets, contracts and billing, reducing the need to print documents in a bid to save paper.
Vector has an excellent and prompt payment record. You will be updated via email and the Vector Live homepage about Timesheet deadlines and Payment dates. Any Timesheets uploaded after 5.30pm on the cut-off date will not be processed and instead paid the following month.
Should you have any queries, or require any assistance with Vector Live, our Contracts Manager Grace Woolford will be happy to help. Please either call Grace on 01892 771447 or send an email to gw@vector-uk.com.
