Senior Video Solutions Architect

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Video Engineer to join our clients expanding operations. Reporting directly to the Director of Information Systems, the Senior Video Engineer will play a pivotal role in maintaining, developing, and enhancing our client's Global Video Collaboration (GVC) Platform. They will serve as the technical point of contact for customer projects, from initial bid processes through to implementation, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
Responsibilities
Lead efforts to maintain, develop, design, and implement changes within our client's customer Global Video Collaboration (GVC) Platform, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security.
Offer 3rd line support and troubleshooting expertise on Linux and Windows Servers, as well as other associated IT hardware related to the GVC platform. Respond promptly to technical issues, minimizing downtime and optimizing system performance.
Essential Skills
Strong Pexip background and experience with Pexip Infinity
Experience with Poly and Cisco video conferencing hardware and software, including Clariti Edge, Clariti Manager, and Media Suite.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in Linux systems administration, including configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
