Supply Planner

We are looking for a Supply Planner to supporting our client's production processes. The primary responsibility will be to schedule and control manufacturing outputs through the production process, ensuring all products are delivered on time and in full
Responsibilities
Facilitate the production processes by scheduling and controlling manufacturing outputs, ensuring timely and complete delivery of products
Serve as the connecting face to suppliers, managing relationships directly, and ensuring materials are shipped on time by working closely with suppliers on dispatch dates
Responsible for raising purchase orders within the ERP System, actively managing both purchase and distribution orders from product supply centres or suppliers to the point of delivery
Proactively expedite requirements to maximise stock availability for product supply centres while ensuring optimal inventory levels are maintained
Communicate and escalate supply risks to minimise global service impact. Manage concessions and material in review
Attend relevant material shortage meetings for manufacturing, commercial, and spares areas. Also, participate in purchasing forums to represent planning and feedback on initiatives affecting strategic planning functions
Manage objectives by actively managing key performance indicators related to the supply chain
Maintain and manage Supplier Calendar, Delivery Frequency Calendar, Collection Calendar, Shipping Calendar, and Transport Calendar
Escalate any supplier issues and actively work with the Procurement team to resolve them
Essential Skills
Experience in supply planning, material planning or purchase order management
Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning, Material Requirement Planning and Supply Chain Planning systems
