We are looking for a WMS Change Lead to assist our client who are transitioning from a 25-year-old in-house solution to enhance operational efficiency. The project will impact approximately 3000 individuals across 13 different warehouses

Responsibilities

Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand the impact of the WMS implementation on business processes and employees

Coach and mentor employees to prepare them for the changes brought by the new WMS system

Utilise Prosci methodology to facilitate change management processes effectively

Manage operating readiness for the WMS implementation, ensuring all aspects are aligned for a successful go-live

Work closely with project teams to ensure the project stays on schedule and within budget

Foster a culture of change resilience and adaptability among employees
