As we continue to expand, we thought it was time to take another look at our website, and we hope you like the result.
We wanted to make the site more user friendly, with clear navigation and core, relevant content for our visitors.
We’ve also added some great new features – including a fully searchable jobs section, and a live contractor map, which is part of our intention to become more transparent as a business for both our clients and candidates.
We’ll also be updating this piece, letting you know what’s happening within Vector, but also updating you on any industry news we think is important.

Whilst it is clear that there is still a level of uncertainty out there, I’m delighted to be able report an increase in our business both in terms of turnover and profitability, compared to last year.
This matches our expectations and we have been fortunate enough to gain a high percentage of new clients, whilst also extending our relationships with current clients, who already value our experience in delivering exceptional results for both permanent and contract roles.
The in-house training of our recruitment teams remains of paramount importance, and we are committed to developing new ideas and strategies, refining our processes to further improve our service delivery.
Vector Live continues to earn high acclaim from clients and suppliers alike, in particular for its ease of use and bespoke features. We believe that it is a unique system in the recruitment market, and we will be revealing some new developments and functionality to further improve it in the coming months.
Wayne Starritt, Head of Sales
Wayne joined Vector in 2005, and has recently taken on his new role as Head of Sales.
Having set up our Resourcing Team in 2010, and also having responsibility for developing our permanent recruitment service, Wayne really does know Vector inside out.
Wayne pioneered the processes that have helped us excel in filling the positions that we recruit for, and he remains passionate about continuing to innovate and add value for our clients.

Ashley Keen started our office in Wiltshire in 2008, building on Vector’s successful track record. Today, the office continues to expand, and Ashley is currently recruiting additional staff to help develop the company.
