Contract: 3 Month Initial Contract
Our client are about to embark on a large project for their end client which consists of migrating emails from Domino to Office 365. Overall there will be about 1,300 mail boxes in total and this is for approximately 750 users. Ideally the client will be looking to complete this over 3 small batches. You will be working as the lead consultant for this project therefore the client want you to work independently and plan and perform the migration to O365. You will have to be self-sufficient and working closely alongside the Project Manager but you are going to be the main technical resource on this project. As the work is for an end client you will potentially require to visit them but this is not a major part of this role.

Our Client has been building an MVC based application which is focused around reporting - this interacts with their back end database which captures data and then sends it back to the database for Reporting purposes. This is mostly built but the current contractor is moving on and the client needs a .Net MVC developer to complete the rest of the application as well as carrying out enhancements. This application sits on MVC 5 and also entity framework and is written in .NET. You will be working alongside another developer to complete this application. Once it has been completed it will need amending and tweaking to best suit the needs of the business. The application focuses on the commercial/financial side of the business, specifically around project reporting and dashboards.

Our client are about to undertake a programme of work to on-board 8 train operators on to their central back office system. The Project Initiation Document is just about to be signed off so they require a project manager with a technical understanding of systems integration to manage the integration work stream of the programme. The systems you will be integrating with will be a high security data centre hosted system and an AWS based system that uses lots of SOAP and Restful API's. You will be required to lead the integration work stream which will involve you liaising with the train operators suppliers as well as the clients internal suppliers to identify which systems will need to be integrated and what the best course of action to do this will be. You will be take control of the raid logs and be responsible for writing regular reports to keep senior management involved with the project progress.

You will be responsible for coming in and looking at the current MRP system and potentially make recommendations on how this can be improved. This role will also involve cleansing work as well as performing a knowledge transfer to other people and actually training them on how MRP works.
