Our client have recently implemented a new system to deal with repairs and maintenance across their parks. Some of the sites have adopted to the new processes of the system better than others. The sites that have struggled have orders "stuck" in the system and across all the parks there are around 2,700 orders stuck. These orders are stuck at different stages - in progress, assigned, sent, billing etc. Where the orders are currently stuck the client have around £100,000 worth of work that has been completed but not yet billed for. You will need to come in and work alongside a Test Analyst who will help train you in the system. Your role will be dedicated to manually amending and updating these orders to ensure they reflect the stage they are actually at. You will need to learn how to amend different types of orders and the processes the parks will need to follow to do this in the long term.

Data Migration Lead
Contract: 3 Month Initial Contract
Our client have an interim need for a data migration lead to replace a member of staff that is moving on. They are currently implementing a new ERP (AX 2012) and are about to go live with phase 1 of the implementation. The Data migration process has been established so they require extra manpower to work with the business as well as carry out hands on data migration. You will be migrating data from legacy systems such as Sage and migrating them into a staging area before it is uploaded to AX and this will also include the transformation of business rules. When coding the client use a peer review system so when one person codes the other will be reviewing that code. The other main focus of this role will be to work with non technical members of the business to guide them and help them transform what they want from the system into business rules that a developer can code from.

Our client are working on a Greenfield project to build an intranet system to replace a 3rd party tool that they have used previously. This project has been started but they need extra resource to ensure the build is completed by the end of the year. This system allows the client to track different minerals; so which site they are on and how much they have of each type. The client have decided to make this a global system, so there are numerous requests coming through from Germany to add different functionality. You will be working in a team of 8 developers to agile methodology (2 weekly sprints) where the BA will bring requirements to the table, they will then be flushed out and then allocated to the development team to build from. You will be carrying out the Greenfield build of the system but also building new functionality into the existing parts of the system.

Our client have one developer going through their Sitecore certification but other than that they have no Sitecore experience on site. The client have a mixture of backlog and project work that need completing. The backlogs will be around their migration from lucene search to funnelback and the creation of new HTML and JSON templates for new search results. The project work will be migrating the client from their current version of Sitecore (7.5) to the latest version. You will need to help define the sitecore upgrade project, giving timescales for the work and starting to deliver this project. The client have upgraded Sitecore before and the other developer will know some of the issues from last time and areas that may need re-coding. You will also help work through a backlog of small change request around Sitecore. As you will be the Sitecore expert on site, the client would like you to work alongside the other developer and help cross train them and pass on your knowledge of sitecore.

Our client only have one developer currently and a peak in workload means they need extra resource to help deliver their projects by the end of March 2018. There is a mixture of project work but the main two projects are; Taking existing lookups which are embedded in the clients Umbraco CMS and rebuilding the API's for a single page view on the new CMS. The second project is looking at the clients online based flexible working system. This system was developed around 10 years ago in Classic ASP and they would now like it rebuilt. Currently the system only covers one client but when it is rebuilt they want to use it across the partnership and each site will have its own working patterns. You will be working alongside one other developer but in a fairly stand alone capacity. The first few days will be about getting to know the team and the upcoming projects. Once you are up to speed you will be given specifications and asked if you have all the resources you need. Once you are set up, you will work in a standalone capacity to set deadlines, delivering what is required.

SAP SD/O2C Consultant

Location: UK Based
Our client is implementing SAP using an EU template which has been designed for 23 countries. The UK will be the biggest and most complex roll out and will also involve the implementation of WorkDay, Salesforce and Ariba on the same day and at the same time as SAP. The UK is also the most profitable arm of the business so they are pushing back on the template and ensuring that SAP is being tweaked and enhanced to exactly match their needs. You will need to talk to the business to understand their needs from the SD and Order to Cash element of the business. This will be done via workshops which you will be responsible for running. The business will talk you through their ideas and you will need to advise on best practice as well as suggesting alternative ideas that will work better. The role involves SAP ECC6 FI CO Configuration and Support, as well as business analysis. They are also looking at elements of rebates and pricing. SAP Hana is within the group, although not pertinent to this rollout.

They currently dispatch 46,000 items globally on a daily basis. The client want to ensure they have end to end visibility of this whole process, so they can assess every stage and carry out analytics using this data. They want to be able to look at how each carrier is performing, how the warehouse is performing etc and streamline these processes. You will need to look at the clients current supply chain offering and work on two areas of the project. The first is looking at how their current solution integrates with IBM systems that manage their carriers. The second element to this project will be to look at API and web services integration. Once you have done this you will need to find a common way to present the data from the integration points, looking at how you will get this data from the systems and how to architect this solution so the data can be taken and presented to the partners.

Booking System Project Manager

Our client are going through a large and complex business change/development programme and now require a Project Manager to help with the project. This particular role will focus on the implementation and delivery of the clients reservation/booking system. This system will go across the whole business but will provide business support and strategy to the group's marketing/membership to support their customers' needs. As well as managing this main project you will also assist in small change projects around legacy systems. You will need to ensure that project plans are designed and produced as well as having the relevant resources ready for this project of work. This role is all about taking ideas from conception through to delivery whilst ensuring benefit realisation and that the original business needs are met. To ensure this you will need to manage 3rd parties to ensure the delivery of systems to time and to budget. You will also need to mitigate risks and issues whilst reporting back to the programme board and project sponsor.

Technical Project Manager
Contract: 8 month contract
Our client currently run as 8/9 separate entities, each with their own systems, emails, networks etc. The client have decided to pull all of these entities together and have started to build an Azure cloud platform to support this. The project has started but each of these entities are at different stages and the client now require a Project Manager. You will need to come in and understand where each entity is with the project. You will then have to plan the project, working out how each of these entities can be fully migrated over to one cloud platform. This will involve removing some systems, bringing in new systems etc so all 9 entities are running the same systems on the same platform. You will have to push back against internal resistance to change, challenge technical resources and pull this project together, managing it through to delivery for March 2018.

Our Client have just had approval to replace 2 key business systems and require someone to take a lead on the delivery of them. The first project is to replace an antiquated partnership tax calculation system for the partnership tax team who are a sub group of the finance team, this will be moving from a basic product to a more sophisticated modern one. The 2nd project will be the replacement of their PeopleSoft CRM over to Miura. You will be required to work autonomously, as you will be reporting to the portfolio manager who is based in Delhi as well as the CFO who will have no involvement in the day to day running of the project. You will take the lead on the project and work in partnership with the finance teams to ensure the products delivered are the best fit for them and that all affected by the implementation are happy with the change.

This role will also involve cleansing work as well as performing a knowledge transfer to other people and actually training them on how MRP works. You will be looking at the processes, helping, validating and also inputting information into the system and then be responsible for testing it, ensuring it works with their current environment.
