Contract: 6 Month Initial Contract

Location: London

Our client has embarked on a massive change project with a budget of £40 million over the next 5 years. This project is the biggest of all the change projects they are undertaking and it is all about revolutionising customer service, increasing profitability and ensuring solutions are future proof. At the moment the client are losing customers as they are very dissatisfied with the level of customer service they are receiving and they are receiving a high level of complaints. They want to transform the service they are offering clients and the long term goal is that they create an automated digitalised process To make these changes the client now requires a Change Analyst to come in and capture every step of the customer journey and then work with the business to document these needs, taking into account what product offerings will best suit each customer. You will need to work through the journey with the IT Partners to understand the business process that underpins that change through the contact centre and work out how much of the journey can be digitalised for customer self service. You will need to document all the business processes that require change whilst liaising with the digital team, so they can create a viable solution.  

  • Very experienced change analyst who has worked on high profile change projects

The project is extremely confidential and will affect all functions of the business, including products, content, finance, customer services, account management and deployment. There will be many people involved within the business, which will mean lots of questions. The role is non technical and focuses more on transformation. The client are looking for a very experienced and rigorous project manager with a good appreciation of Prince 2. You will need to understand the business priorities and be able to chase people for results as well as making sure the senior MD on the board gets the right messages at the right time. It will be a high stress and pressured environment, so you will need a strong character and good leadership skills, to say if something isn't working.

This could cover a mixture of projects, such as the development of a global online learning platform. Our client have three projects that they need delivered by the end of September this year. The project specifications have been completed and they are ready to be picked up and delivered. The client has prioritised these three projects and would like them delivered in a set order. .Net Developer

Contract: 6 Month Initial Contract

Location: Near Bristol

Our client are working on a Greenfield project to build an intranet system to replace a 3rd party tool that they have used previously. This project has been started but they need extra resource to ensure the build is completed by the end of the year. This system allows the client to track different minerals; so which site they are on and how much they have of each type. The client have decided to make this a global system, so there are numerous requests coming through from Germany to add different functionality. This role will be a full stack development position, joining an existing developer to create this intranet application by the end of year deadline. The majority of this work will be front and middle end development. You will be carrying out the Greenfield build of the system but also building new functionality into the system, following request from the business to make it a viable system to be used globally.  

  • Full Stack .Net Developer (although they could take someone with less backend SQL development)

Network Engineer

Location: Near Gatwick

Our client have a permanent member of the team leaving and now require someone to come in to do a 50/50 split between business as usual support and project work. The client have a mixture of project work going on; implementing bring your own device, VPN access for Avaya soft phones, a CRM upgrade and a firewall rule rationalisation. You will be required to deal with escalated issues from the service desk and well as working on projects. You will be the sole network resource on site, so will have to deal with a wide range of networking issues such as, AD integration, user access, permissions, network troubleshooting, firewall configuration, and system upgrades. Any mundane networking issues can be handed to the service desk to handle, whist you deal with the higher level more complex issues and project work.

You will then work alongside the compliance and data teams to gather requirements and help build a data structure/architecture to give the client a single version of the truth. The current Project Manager is leaving 7th April and they need a replacement to pick up the project management of this upgrade for a particular customer and to also plan migrations for other clients.
