Vector Resourcing Sponsor Bewl 15

Vector Resourcing are pleased to announce that they will be sponsoring the Bewl 15, a gruelling 15 mile run which takes place around the Sussex landmark of Bewl Water on 4th July 2010.

The Bewl 15 is part of the Sussex Grand Prix which is a series of 19 races held around the combined counties of Sussex and is organised by local running club the Wadhurst Runners.

Mark Cassé, Senior Recruitment Consultant here at Vector will be taking part in the race this summer whilst also training for this year’s Virgin London Marathon. Mark has been running for the last 3 years and joined the Wadhurst Runners about 18 months ago.

Mark said: “I’m hoping that the weather is not too hot on the day and I’m aiming to better my 2009 time of 2 hours 11 minutes. The race has proved very popular in the past, with a great atmosphere on the day. Last year's competitors were rewarded with a selection of cakes and a brass band playing by the finish line.”

The Bewl 15 has recently been voted by readers of the Runners World magazine as the 27th best race of 2009 out of around 2,500 UK official races, making it the highest ranking 15 mile race in the UK and the highest placed in the Sussex Grand Prix.
