Vector Sponsor St James’s Place 10k Run, Cirencester
Vector Resourcing have made a donation to St. James's Place Foundation and will be displaying their corporate banner at the start & finish line for this Sunday’s event (18th July).
St James’s Place is a multi-terrain run over the private traffic-free tarmac, gravel roads and fields within Cirencester Park on the Bathurst Estate which is well known as a leading polo venue. The run covers one circuit of the leisure area of the park through wooded trails.
Vector’s very own triathlon enthusiast Ben Keenan is also taking part in the local 10k run at Cirencester Park, and said: “It will only be the 2nd time in my life I have run 10k, and it’s only a week after I completed the 3 quarter Olympic triathlon (BananaMan). It is fantastic that as a local company we are supporting this event and have donated to such a worthwhile cause.”
The St James’s Place Foundation is the charitable arm of the St. James's Place Wealth Management Group. Last year they donated or pledged over £3m to UK Registered charities working both in the UK and Overseas. The Foundation has funded hundreds of charities and projects for the direct benefit of physically disabled children, those challenged by a mental condition, or a life threatening or degenerative illness, making a significant difference to the lives of children and young people in the UK.
