Vector’s Ben will take part in Sunday’s Summer Duathlon

Despite suffering injuries to his legs, hip, shoulder, arm and foot in his last event, Ben Keenan, Consultant at Vector’s Wiltshire branch will still be taking part in Sunday’s Big Adventure Store Summer Duathlon at Castle Combe in Chippenham.

Ben who sustained his injuries during the Manic Midweek Duathlon on 4th August, said: “Due to my injuries I have been unable to train at all until today, so it’s all a bit last minute and because of this I’m not expecting a good result. However, I am still taking part in Sunday’s event and will be using it as a training exercise to improve my cycling and running for the Orca triathlon at Eton on the 21st August.”

The Big Adventure Store Summer Duathlon is made up of a 5k run, 20k bike ride and 3k run, held at the local Castle Combe Circuit.

Ben will once again be wearing his new bespoke Vector Corporate Tri-Suit which has been exclusively designed in Vector’s corporate colours and displays the Vector logo and website.
