Ben Heads for Eton

Ben Keenan, Consultant at Vector’s Wiltshire branch, took part in the Big Adventure Store Summer Duathlon, at Castle Combe, last Sunday 15th August, using the event as a training exercise in preparation for the Orca triathlon at Eton on Saturday 21st August.

Ben, said: “It was really tough, and although my result was bad my running has improved."

"It was a good training exercise in advance of this Saturday’s event at Eton and I didn’t expect to do particularly well considering the lack of training and injuries I recently suffered.”

Saturday’s event takes place at Dorney Lake, the 2012 Olympic Rowing Venue in Eton and is made up of a grueling 750m Open water swim, 20km Bike and 5km Run.
