Vector Turns 15 Years Old in 2012!

You may have noticed our Anniversary logo on our homepage recently, marking our 15 years in IT Recruitment.

Established in May 1997 by Director Donna Medway, Vector Resourcing has gone from strength to strength. Donna saw that there was a lack of IT recruitment agencies offering a high level of service in England, and so set to build one to set the standard in the industry.

Vector Resourcing started in an office space above a residential garage! Since then, Donna has led a bespoke office renovation in rural East Sussex and then four years ago the opening of our Wiltshire office on Charlton Park Estate, Malmesbury. We saw a gap in the market, in Wiltshire and the M4 corridor areas, for a well established, reputable IT recruitment company and so sought out a suitable location on a local, small business estate to conduct business from.

In 2011, Vector achieved recognition at number 150 within the Recruitment International Top 250 Report of Recruitment Agencies within the UK. The Report runs from Adecco Group at number 1, with 11 subsidiaries amounting to £1.5bn, to a handful of small agencies with turnovers of just £10m therefore Vector are very proud of this accolade.
