ERP Change Manager

Our client is looking for an ERP Change Manager to support the successful implementation and adoption of a new ERP platform across the organisation.

You will lead business readiness, communications, training, and adoption activities, ensuring employees are prepared for new systems, processes, and ways of working. This role is focused on driving engagement and ensuring a smooth transition through go-live and beyond.

Responsibilities

• Lead business readiness and change activities for the ERP programme.
• Run workshops to assess impacts, risks, and training requirements.
• Develop and deliver communications and engagement plans.
• Prepare users for UAT and system adoption.
• Support cutover planning and business readiness for go-live.
• Coordinate post-go-live support and adoption activities.
• Monitor adoption and recommend improvements.

Essential skills

• Experience working with business stakeholders across multiple functions.
• Understanding of business process change and organisational impacts.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive adoption.
• Experience working within project or programme environments.
