Vector Resourcing have two well established consultants with solid experience of the insurance market.
Ashley has built up specialist knowledge of recruiting contractors into the London Market Insurance Sector and works with some of the major Lloyds of London Syndicates. He is very aware of how important candidates with prior experience of this industry are as it enables them to manage the business aspect of projects, as well as the technical requirements.
He has therefore developed a database of candidates with previous experience in the London Market Insurance Sector. Ashley has good awareness of Underwriting, Accounting and other systems pertinent to the industry and can call upon candidates with these specific skills quickly and effectively.

By fully understanding the industry, Martin is able to assist with global enterprise applications build and/or roll out for insurance, re-insurance and underwriting companies. He has successfully supplied developers, managers, testers and analysts as well as numerous consultants with regulatory skills for SOX and Solvency II.
Martin has also worked with vendors of applications specific to this industry sector, so he appreciates the business processes they have which differ to their end-clients, and how best to support them in achieving the end-client objectives. This is especially useful when supporting or enhancing existing systems at the user site, and he takes account of each contractor’s suitability in being an extension of the service the vendor supplies the client.
