Allan Callus heads up our Permanent Division in the South West, which is expanding as we see excellent growth in this market sector. With over 16 years experience in the IT Recruitment industry, his knowledge of this skilled area is exceptional. Having worked for Vector Resourcing for 11 years as a Senior Consultant, his experience and expertise in placing candidates into permanent roles allows him to locate candidates quickly with a very low interview to placement ratio. Prior to recruitment, Allan's background has always been in sales, including selling full package Franchise business opportunities, as well as sales in the Retail and Construction industry; he also has an Honours Degree in Media & Communications.

Allan is an innovative ‘trouble-shooter’ with regards to filling very difficult roles within agreed timeframes; His proven expertise demonstrates excellent capability to find different solutions for many recruitment issues on a consultancy level, offering alternatives where appropriate.  Strong commitment and flexibility have helped him to achieve a successful track record of permanent placements whilst maintaining a team of contractors and retaining overall responsibility for our permanent division.

Kimberley Miller joined Vector Resourcing's East Sussex Head Office in November 2010 to add a further dimension to the Permanent Division and to continue the success and growth of the team. Kimberley has an excellent understanding of building client and candidate relationships alike, providing expertise and solutions to all situations. With a background in Telecoms within Operations, previously a dedicated Service Manager to high-end clients, she has a strong ability to respond quickly, effectively and with real enthusiasm to ensure the end result is always achieved.
