Allan Callus heads up our Permanent Division which is expanding as we see excellent growth in this market sector. With over 16 years experience in the IT Recruitment industry, his knowledge of this skilled area is exceptional. Having worked for Vector Resourcing for 11 years as a Senior Consultant, his experience and expertise in placing candidates into permanent roles allows him to locate candidates quickly with a very low interview to placement ratio. Prior to recruitment, Allan's background has always been in sales, including selling full package Franchise business opportunities, as well as sales in the Retail and Construction industry; he also has an Honours Degree in Media & Communications.

Allan is an innovative ‘trouble-shooter’ with regards to filling very difficult roles within agreed timeframes; His proven expertise demonstrates excellent capability to find different solutions for many recruitment issues on a consultancy level, offering alternatives where appropriate.  Strong commitment and flexibility have helped him to achieve a successful track record of permanent placements whilst maintaining a team of contractors and retaining overall responsibility for our permanent division.
