Ashley has over 12 years experience recruiting Business and IT Focused contractors into Local and Central Government and has earned a trusted reputation across the sector. This extensive experience has seen him work with over half (18) of the London Boroughs as well as numerous councils outside the capital.  Ashley regularly deals with Central Government sites throughout the UK, including those that require security cleared candidates such as The Houses of Parliament.  Ashley provides a very targeted, professional and efficient service with the ability to source highly skilled candidates; and if preferred, candidates with direct experience of the business area recruiting.  He has developed a sophisticated database of candidates, fragmented into specific skills and business areas including their current security clearance and to what level.  He also has an excellent understanding of tendering for public sector contracts, frameworks, and the general processes for recruitment they entail.

Martin joined Vector Resourcing 10 years ago and manages the Applications & Web Development Team.  Coming from a diverse corporate background, Martin appreciates that all businesses are underpinned by IT.  Martin has extensive experience and knowledge of the public sector, in particular Social Services and Housing having worked with a variety of key organisations in these areas over the years. He is noted particularly for his experience in Social Services, having supplied contractors to some of the largest implementations and training programmes in recent years. Much of his current focus is on the upcoming work around Contact Point.
