Martin Pite, mp@vector-uk.com, manages the Retail team. In his eleventh year with Vector, he has developed diverse consultancy skills within the team to collectively service the most common, emerging, legacy and vendor-system driven contractor requirements. The ethos of his team is to truly understand the challenges you face in building the perfect mix of resource as successful implementation means happy consumers and higher sales / profitability. Emily Coombs, ec@vector-uk.com, is dedicated to High Street retailers. With a strong background in this sector, Emily has a unique affinity with her clients. Her first-hand experience of retailing, coupled with proven recruitment experience, allows her to offer a highly professional and tailored service which meets the demands of the industry. Emily prides herself on the fast and effective turnaround she offers, driven by her passion for retail and all that it encompasses. Simon Kiely, sk@vector-uk.com, is the Business Development Manager for all the team’s clients. With an extensive and impressive track record in contract recruitment, Simon delivers Vector’s service in person to all our Retail customers. Using his expertise, he is able to better develop the existing, and establish new, relationships at client site, integrating a service to both the business managers we are recruiting for, and the contractors we are supplying. Simon is able to spend time at each site to ensure that everyone is getting the very best from Vector’s range of services. Not only is he the face of the team, but is also able to aid the resourcing and interview process in person. He can also provide user guidance and demonstration of Vector’s innovative systems, such as Vector Live!

Simon’s considerate, service delivery approach has really strengthened the Vector brand, by bringing physical presence to all our customer sites in a relaxed and consultative manner.
