Modernising I.T. with the right hires, fast

The challenge

The Church of England was in the middle of a major shift in its IT capability – moving away from traditional support functions towards more advanced technology solutions. To keep momentum, they needed to fill critical gaps in their team quickly. This meant balancing fixed-term contract roles to deliver immediate impact alongside permanent hires to build long-term capability.

The result
