1st Line Support Analyst

We are searching for a 1st line support analyst to work a varied role with a blend of on site and remote support 

 

Responsibilities 

Working on the helpdesk taking support requests via telephone and email and logging these tickets into the system

Triage issues and attempt to fix or escalate

Provide 1st line support on a variety of issues across the Microsoft tech stack

Troubleshoot basic networking issues 

 

Essential Skills 

A keen interest in technology and a desire to learn

Driving licence required
