1st Line Support Analyst

We are searching for a 1st Line Support Analyst to work a varied role, assisting end users through a mixture of remote and face to face support 

 

Responsibilities 

Take calls and answer emails on the service desk 

Set up new starters including the set up of 2 factor smart cards 

Administer Active Directory permissions 

Troubleshoot a mixture of software and hardware 

 

Essential Skills 

Commercial 1st line support experience of Microsoft technologies 

Experience of deploying images to PC's
