1st Line Support Analyst

We are looking for a 1st Line Support Analyst to join our team and support our client as they anticipate an increase in workload on their helpdesk.

 

Responsibilities 

Carry out Active Directory password resets

Set up new users and remove ex members of staff 

Act as the first point of contact for phone based queries 

Triage issues that you can solve and escalate more complex issues to the technical services team 

 

Essential Skills 

Knowledge of Active Directory (Password resets & new users)

Commercial 1st line experience 

Must hold a full UK driving licence
