We are on the lookout for a 1st Line Support Analyst to join our client's support team for a temporary period of 2 months due to paternity leave. The client operates with highly bespoke systems, making 1st line support expertise essential

 

Responsibilities

Answering the telephone to address and resolve support issues promptly and professionally

Creating and escalating support tickets to senior support analysts when necessary, ensuring timely resolution of technical problems

Assisting with laptop builds, including hardware and software configurations

Setting up and configuring mobile phones for staff members as required

 

Essential Skills 

1st line support experience

Laptop build experience
