Responsibilities
Answering the telephone to address and resolve support issues promptly and professionally
Creating and escalating support tickets to senior support analysts when necessary, ensuring timely resolution of technical problems
Assisting with laptop builds, including hardware and software configurations
Setting up and configuring mobile phones for staff members as required
