We are looking for a 1st/2nd Line Support Engineer to act as the first point of contact for our client's internal users, providing prompt and efficient technical support through various channels such as face-to-face interactions, chat, phone, and email
Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for internal users, promptly responding to their technical queries and concerns
Provide technical support and solutions to users through face-to-face interactions, chat, phone, and email
Diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues for end-users, ensuring timely resolution
Troubleshoot basic network and connectivity issues to maintain a reliable IT infrastructure
Respond to infrastructure alerts to proactively address potential problems and prevent service interruptions
Maintain backup systems and perform restore tests to ensure data integrity and disaster recovery readiness
Essential Skills
General 1st and 2nd line support skills
Experience with laptops hardware
