We are looking for a 2nd Line IT Support Specialist to join our client's team. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive IT support services, ensuring the smooth operation and management of IT infrastructure
Responsibilities
Perform standard 2nd line IT Support duties, including troubleshooting, resolving technical issues, and providing timely resolutions to end-users
Utilise tools for central management, deployment, and security of devices and applications throughout the organisation
Possess in-depth knowledge of Microsoft server operating systems and Microsoft Windows 10 operating system and O365
Manage and maintain the server virtualisation environment, specifically VMware & vSphere
Demonstrate proficiency in network topologies and the installation of network hardware
Work with IT Service Management platforms to enhance and streamline support processes
Essential Skills
Experience using tools for central management, deployment and security of devices and applications across an organisation.
Knowledge of Microsoft server operating systems.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10 operating system and O365.
Expertise in server virtualisation environment (VMware & vSphere)
A Valid and clean UK Driving Licence
