2nd Line Service Delivery Engineer

We are looking for a 2nd Line Service Delivery Engineer to provide day-to-day support to multiple businesses within the UK region. You will act as an escalation point for the Service Delivery team and report to the Service Delivery Manager
Support users across all business and ERP production systems
Diagnose and resolve software and hardware incidents, including operating systems and various software applications
Assist users with IT-related incidents promptly and take ownership of issues
Record and update requests using the IT Service Desk system
Install and configure new IT equipment
Resolve incidents, perform upgrades, and troubleshoot printers, copiers, and scanners
Maintain high-quality customer service and communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels
Create and maintain support documentation for quick incident resolution
Work flexibly on a rotational basis and provide necessary cover
2nd line IT Support Experience
Active Directory Skills
Knowledge of the M365 suite
Up to £34,000 pa.
