2nd Line Service Desk Analyst

We are searching for a 2nd Line Service Desk Analyst to provide effective IT helpdesk support to numerous customers and thousands of devices throughout the UK 

 

Responsibilities

Deal with second line queries on a ‘one call’ basis such as password and system resets, hardware related faults and queries, desktop and app support and new user profile creation

Assist with some 3rd line queries, escalating these where necessary

New equipment & peripheral installation

Conduct software & data backups

Utilising skills and knowledge to assist customers with case resolution & monitoring case escalations

 

Essential Skills 

Proven 2nd line IT support experience

Strong understanding of Windows desktop operating systems

Working knowledge of Windows Server Operating Systems, Active Directory & Group Policies
