2nd Line Support Analyst

We are looking for a 2nd Line Support Analyst to assist our client through an extremely busy period on their service desk due to people returning back to the office and a number of important projects kicking off

 

Responsibilities 

Work collaboratively with the service desk team to clear off a back log of tickets 

Troubleshoot hardware issues including PC's, laptops and printers

Assist with project work when needed 

Help with Access Control problems 

Support company mobiles 

 

Essential Skills 

Active Directory support experience

Basic networking

Citrix support experience 

Previously supported mobile technologies

Outlook/O365 support experience 

Knowledge of SCCM
