2nd Line Support Analyst

We are searching for a 2nd Line Support Analyst to take responsibility for the delivery of service desk and onsite desktop support services to all internal customers throughout our client's organisation

 

Responsibilities 

Deal with inbound calls, emails and walk-ins from customers with technical issues in a timely manner, capturing information into the IT Service Management tools

Provide 2nd line technical support as required offering technical assistance and solutions

Ensure relevant tickets are escalated to the correct team in a timely manner with the appropriate troubleshooting steps

Administration of Microsoft O365 Services

Work closely with the 3rd line team for escalations and root cause analysis where possible

 

Essential Skills

Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 suite

Understanding of networking

Advanced troubleshooting and administration skills for laptops, desktops & printers
