2nd Line Support Engineer

We are on the lookout for a 2nd Line Support Engineer to provide robust service delivery to our client's end users both face to face and over the phone

 

Responsibilities

Support the 1st and 2nd line teams to resolve issues that come into the Service Desk

Resolve issues in a timely manner to meet defined service level targets

Complete relevant and skilled investigations, before escalating to 3rd line teams

Mentor junior team members 

 

Essential Skills 

Microsoft Office 365 Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint Online support experience 

Knowledge of Windows Server 2012 R2 and later

Citrix XenDesktop 7.15 administration and support experience
