2nd Line Support Technician

We are looking for a 2nd Line Support Technician to be responsible for managing and resolving a range of technical issues, contributing to our client's goal of maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction

 

Responsibilities

Provide effective 2nd line support for a variety of technical issues

Handle approximately 50 - 60 tickets daily, ensuring timely and accurate resolution

Collaborate with a team of 10 IT professionals to optimise support processes

Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues

Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams when necessary

Maintain detailed records of issues and resolutions in the ticketing system

Contribute to the continuous improvement of the IT support function

 

Essential Skills 

2nd line support experience covering, password resets, printer fixes, telephony , mostly windows, Wifi troubleshooting , Setting up new accounts

Must be happy to work shift patterns - Shifts are 8am to 4pm and 10am to 6pm
