Application Support Analyst

We are searching for an Application Support Analyst to work with the Service Desk team, helping with day to day support issues, but with the added responsibility to resolve the escalated more complex incidents and problems
Respond quickly, professionally, and accurately to all customer inquiries
Record all activities using the Atlassian toolset (JIRA Software, Service Desk and Confluence)
Provide exceptional Service Support to customers, via Email, telephone, Webchat and social media
Provide solutions or workarounds to incidents and Problems
Create, manage and transfer information to a Knowledge Hub for internal and external use
Support the development and technical knowledge of our 1st Line support team
Previous experience delivering application support commercially
Experience within a company offering SaaS
Experience using the Atlassian toolset
Excellent troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills within a technical environment
Up to £28,000 pa.
