Application Support Analyst

We are searching for an Application Support Analyst who is looking to launch their career in IT support by working for a market leading IT solutions provider

 

Responsibilities 

Review inbound support calls received via telephone and email from external and internal customers, log details and undertake an initial investigation 

Assign tickets that cannot be resolved by Tier1 to relevant support teams for further investigation

Ensure SLA's are adhered to 

Undertake daily checks on hosted applications

Assist with regular reporting activities including the production of weekly and monthly service reports

 

Essential Skills 

Able to demonstrate a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

Previously worked in a role where there has been demonstrable experience in dealing directly with enquiries and issues from multiple customers

Experience with working on a Support Desk or in a Call Centre environment
