We are searching for a Business Analyst to support the development of a new Salesforce-based loyalty platform. You will work closely with the Lead Business Analyst to document user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirements, as well as assist with business change impact analysis and user acceptance testing
Collaborate with the Lead Business Analyst and other project stakeholders to understand and document project requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for the new loyalty platform
Transform user stories and acceptance criteria into clear and concise requirements for the business to work on
Assist in conducting business change impact analysis to identify potential risks and develop appropriate mitigation strategies
Support the user acceptance testing (UAT) process by creating test plans, test cases, and coordinating with end-users to ensure the new loyalty platform meets their expectations and requirements
Participate in Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint retrospectives, to ensure smooth project delivery
Communicate progress, issues, and risks effectively with the project team and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
Strong Business Analysis skills
Loyalty Management project experience
Knowledge of Agile
