We are searching for a Business Analyst to play a crucial role in ensuring that our client smoothly transitions from a legacy CRM system over to a new Microsoft Dynamics CE and Field Services solution.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with an existing Business Analyst, Project Manager, and development team to ensure seamless implementation of the Dynamics CE and Field Services solution.

Focus on defining the "To Be" processes, building upon the documented "As Is" processes, and ensuring alignment with business needs and goals.

Engage closely with business stakeholders, including restaurants, hotels, and field engineers, to deeply understand their requirements, pain points, and objectives.

Translate business requirements into comprehensive and well-structured user stories, ensuring they are accurate, complete, and aligned with the project's scope.

Work collaboratively with in-house developers to facilitate a clear understanding of user stories and functional requirements. Address any ambiguities and provide clarifications as needed.

Build and nurture relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration throughout the project.

Collaborate with developers to validate that requirements have been properly interpreted and integrated into the solution design.

Conduct initial testing and validation of implemented features to ensure they meet the defined user stories and functional specifications.

Participate in Agile project methodology practices, contributing to sprint planning, backlog grooming, and other Agile ceremonies.

Assist in creating and maintaining project documentation, including process flows, user guides, and other relevant materials.

Essential Skills

Previously worked as a Business Analyst on CRM Implementations

Knowledge of case management within CRM's

Dynamics CRM/CE experience (Desirable)

Must be happy to work on site 2 days per week
