Business Analyst

We are looking for a Business Analyst to identify, document, and implement business enhancement process changes as part of a D365 WMS Implementation Project. You will work directly with business partners at different levels and document business requirements.
Responsibilities
Lead gap/fit analysis between ERP/Retail/BI systems and business requirements, identifying gaps by type and criticality while proposing alternative solutions
Create functional and non-functional requirements as input to application design
Develop and test detailed functional designs for business solution components and prototypes
Be involved in test planning and execution, review and understand any test failures, and develop solutions to mitigate the failures
Own and manage a Requirements Traceability Matrix
Provide 2nd level support to key users, identifying problems, issues or changes, and follow the escalation process based on the established incident management process
