Business Analyst

We are searching for a Business Analyst to support a major people and process change programme across our client’s organisation. Acting as the number two to the Programme Lead, you will assist with programme delivery, documentation, and stakeholder coordination.
Responsibilities
- Support the Programme Lead with day-to-day delivery tasks
- Document current workflows and future-state processes
- Prepare project briefs, reports, and stakeholder presentations
- Use PPM tools (e.g. MSP, Miro, Clarizen, Jira) to track progress
Essential Skills
- Experience in transformation or business change programmes
- Strong process documentation and workflow analysis skills
- Proficient in producing Gantt charts and using PPM tools
- Familiar with Jira and Agile methodologies
