Do you want to play a pivotal role in the modernisation of a leading insurance company?
We are on the look out for a Business Analyst to work across a wide range of initiatives for a client of ours as they work towards modernising their systems and processes across the entire organisation. You will be facilitating and leading workshops for business members at all levels to gain an understanding of how they operate within the business and outlining future ways of working. Another area of focus will be to contribute to the setting of standard practices and processes for the Business Analysis discipline and ensure that best practice is followed.
You'll be responsible for carrying out process mapping, gap analysis, SWOT analysis, options analysis, statistical and database analysis, wire-framing and prototyping. You will also need to Influence strategic decisions to ensure that the change projects remain in line with the latest business thinking. Finally you will play a part in interpreting legislative and regulatory changes, assessing the wider impact on business procedures and designing solutions to ensure compliance.
- Formal qualification or a desire to be formally qualified in business analysis and change management
- Understanding of change analysis and change management techniques
- Knowledge of the Insurance sector
