Business and Change Analyst

We're looking for a skilled Business and Change Analyst to support the delivery of effective IT solutions and drive change management initiatives. This role will focus on CRM replacement and web projects, leading business analysis and change management efforts for both internal and external users

Responsibilities

Work closely with stakeholders from various business units and third parties

Lead business readiness for technology initiatives and represent business needs in scrums

Analyse and document current and future business and systems processes

Gather, interpret, and communicate business requirements effectively

Facilitate workshops to collect requirements and organise user stories

Create user cases, UML documentation, and contribute to business cases

Produce detailed process, requirements, and project reports on time

Build strong relationships with business and third-party stakeholders

Support projects as a team member and assist with reporting

Lead change control, assess impact, and manage change requests

Provide training input and support change management activities

Essential Skills 

At least 2/3 years’ experience of Business Analysis on various IT projects

Experience of Change management on a CRM, Finance or Web projects

Experience of creating business analysis diagrams including process flows and swim lanes and streamlining processes

Experience of change control processes and management with an organisation

Experience working in a scrum team on agile projects
