We're on the lookout for a Business Improvement Analyst to support the organisations strategic and tactical projects to facilitate operational improvements to aid in the delivery of scalable operating models. The main focus of the role will be on people change management and ensuring that there is acceptance of change and a smooth transition to new ways of working. 

You'll be responsible for liaising with a wide range of business users to define business requirements for new projects and operational improvement initiatives. You will also be acting as an analyst on change initiatives and operational improvement initiatives, analysing the steps required for the delivery of effective, practical and cost-effective business solutions and technologies. Finally you will have to proactively supporting projects throughout their life-cycle to ensure that all requirements are delivered as per the original specifications and that the appropriate testing is planned and implemented to ensure effective delivery.

 

Essential Skills 

  • Experience in developing/implementing process improvements.
  • Experience of using best-practice project/Business Analyst methodologies and techniques.
  • Detailed understanding of change management principles. 
  • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma
