Change Management Lead

We are searching for a Change Management Lead to play a pivotal role in ensuring a smooth and effective rollout of SuccessFactors across various locations
Responsibilities
Work closely with the implementation team to align change management efforts with project milestones and objectives
Ensure that change management plans are integrated into the overall project plan
Gain a comprehensive understanding of the Global Template for SAP SuccessFactors and its functionalities
Design appropriate change management strategies tailored to the specific requirements of different regions
Develop new change management processes that align with the global template and support the implementation in various regions
Collaborate with key stakeholders, including regional HR teams, business leaders, and employees, to understand their needs, address concerns, and promote buy-in for the HR system implementation
Develop and execute training plans and communication strategies to ensure employees are well-informed about the changes and are equipped to use the new system effectively
Conduct change impact assessments to understand the implications of the new HR system on existing processes, organisational structure, and employee roles
