We are looking for a Change Manager to work on a global payroll system replacement project, ensuring the effective implementation and smooth transition to the new Mercans system
Responsibilities
Quickly gain a deep understanding of the global payroll system replacement project, including its objectives, scope, timeline, and key stakeholders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop a comprehensive change plan that aligns with the delivery of the overall program
Identify and analyse the impact of the new system on various stakeholders
Craft clear and compelling communication materials to inform stakeholders about the project's objectives, benefits, and timelines
Collaborate with subject matter experts and training teams to develop and deliver effective training programs for end-users
Oversee the execution of the change plan, monitoring progress, and making adjustments as needed
Identify potential risks associated with the change process and develop risk mitigation strategies to minimise potential disruptions or negative impacts on the business
Conduct regular assessments to gauge the organisation's readiness for the system change and identify areas that require additional support or intervention
