CRM Business Analyst

We are searching for a CRM Business Analyst who will play a pivotal role in supporting the provision and delivery of effective new solutions across IT and various business areas. This role focuses initially on the CRM replacement and Web projects, where you will work closely with stakeholders to define and document business processes, represent business needs in scrums, and coordinate business readiness for technological initiatives.

 

Responsibilities

Analyse and document business and system processes, including 'as-is' and 'to-be' states, and gather requirements using appropriate tools and methods

Facilitate workshops, organise user stories, and document requirements for internal and external users

Produce use cases, UML documentation, and reports, ensuring timely delivery and required detail

Assist in the development of business cases and reporting for Programme and Project Boards

Build and maintain relationships with business, support functions, and third-party stakeholders to facilitate project delivery

Represent business needs in project scrums, influence decision-making, and manage business readiness for new systems

Lead the change control process, manage change requests, and support testing efforts with users

Build, prioritise, and maintain the backlog of work items for the CRM development team based on value and dependencies

 

Essential Skills

Proven experience in business analysis and change management within IT-focused environments
