We are on the look out for a CRM Lead to assist our client in the creation and maintenance of application code for Dynamics 365 CE solutions to enable them to engage with their target audiences across a variety of channels in key territories with the aim of driving growth and improving customer experience.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to taking the lead on system improvements and upgrades, working closely with BA's to develop and implement approved changes providing architectural guidance where needed. You will also need to work with end users to identify,propose and develop new solutions to ensure that all business needs are met.
