CRM Support Analyst

We are on the lookout for a CRM Support Analyst to ensure all CRM related tickets are actioned in a timely manner whilst providing excellent service to all stakeholders

 

Responsibilities

Provide support for CRM related incidents, service requests, changes and problem tickets

Work closely with the operations team and the CRM provider to ensure tickets are being dealt with appropriately as well proactively

Look at the system’s gaps and find solutions to how these could be enhanced

Update CRM policies, procedures and documentation as appropriate

Help the rest of the IT team with tickets if necessary

 

Essential Skills 

Previously worked in a Financial services environment

Experience of 1st 2nd & 3rd line CRM support incidents/service requests

Experience in Software/CRM projects and development, including testing and deployment

Ability to write process flows, scoping documents, procedures and policies
