We are searching for a Cutover Manager to lead the end-to-end cutover process for our client's D365 F&O system migration project

Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with business units to conduct a thorough evaluation of the current technical landscape, including approximately 400 legacy applications

Identify and categorise legacy applications based on their relevance and compatibility with the new Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations environment

Develop a comprehensive cutover plan that outlines the steps and timeline for transitioning from the legacy ERP system to F&O

Make data-driven recommendations on which applications should be retained, replaced, or retired in alignment with the business goals and technical requirements

Engage with various stakeholders across the organisation to gain their input, address concerns, and maintain strong communication throughout the cutover process

Oversee the actual migration process, ensuring a smooth and successful transfer of data, configurations, and functionalities to the new system

Facilitate the post-go-live Hypercare period, addressing any issues, and providing continuous support to ensure the stability and optimisation of the new system

Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimise the impact on project timelines and business operations

Essential Skills 

Cutover management experience for ERP programmes

Happy to be onsite 2 days per week in Berkshire

Happy to travel internationally
