We are searching for a D365 BC Techno-Functional Specialist to play a pivotal role in the implementation of Pump Recruit (a bolt on CRM for D365). You will be instrumental in configuring, developing, and optimising the CRM platform while adhering to best practices

Responsibilities

Act as the primary technical point of contact for the Pump Recruit (CRM) implementation, focusing on the Microsoft Dynamics platform

Configure and develop the Microsoft Dynamics platform across various modules including MS Nav/Business Central, Finance and Accounting, and Sales Cloud Platform

Utilise your expertise in building Power Apps and Power Automate workflows to enhance system functionality

Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of MS Dynamics architecture, opportunities, and constraints to make informed technical decisions

Provide insightful guidance and recommendations on system improvements and best practices, catering to both Cloud and On-Premise environments

Lead data migration efforts to ensure a smooth transition of data into the MS Dynamics environment

Undertake system administration tasks to manage and maintain the health of the MS Dynamics system

Collaborate closely with the Test Lead to execute testing activities and validate the system against project requirements

Ensure the successful integration of system developments and enhancements, working in partnership with the Pump Recruit project team

Assist in coordinating the decommissioning of integrations when necessary, ensuring a seamless transition

Play a pivotal role in the decommissioning or archiving of data, systems, and databases as part of the implementation process

Provide support to the Data Migration Partner, sharing your expertise to facilitate the data transfer process

Essential Skills

Must Be Happy to work on site 3 days per week

Previous experience of configuration and development of Microsoft Dynamics platform across MS Nav/Business Central

Knowledge of Power Apps and Power Automate workflows

Understanding of MS Dynamics architecture, opportunities and restrictions

Ability to provide guidance and suggestions on improvements and best practice (Cloud/On Prem)

Data migration to MS Dynamics Experience

MS Dynamics System Administration skills
