We are looking for a D365 CE Developer to play a key role in the support and maintenance of existing Microsoft Dynamics Customer Engagement systems within our client's organisation, which supports over 1,000 users
Responsibilities
Configure and customise CRM solutions within Dynamics 365 Sales
Customise forms, workflows, views, dashboards, and business processes to align with business needs
Implement and troubleshoot integrations with other systems
Ensure seamless data flow between Dynamics 365 Sales and external applications
Validate end-to-end execution and performance of business processes
Prepare clear technical documentation, including design specifications and code documentation
Identify and resolve performance issues by analysing code and optimising system configurations
Essential Skills
Proficiency in Dynamics 365 Sales
Experience with Power Platform
Previous D365 CE production system support experience
