D365 Product Support Analyst

We’re looking for a D365 Product Support Analyst to support and enhance our D365 environment, working across both DevOps and support functions. You’ll collaborate with IT and business teams to deliver continuous improvements, manage releases, and optimise how users engage with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform applications.
Responsibilities
- Manage D365 releases and enhancements within a DevOps environment
- Collaborate on requirements, specifications, and test plans
- Extract and analyse data to provide business insights
- Stay current with new D365 and Power Platform updates
Essential Skills
- Experience working with D365 in a DevOps/release management context
- Strong technical understanding of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI)
- Supporting users and translating technical issues for non-technical audiences
